This
is a new hiking alternative to Machupicchu, The tourists who
want to be away from the crowds and hike their own pace and
have a relaxing and adventurous trek and it starts in the
city of Cusco, the program is as follows:
ITINERARY
1st Day.- Take a car from Cusco to Puerto Malaga – Santa
Maria – Santa Teresa. You can enjoy the nice Hot Springs
there. Overnight in Santa Teresa in a basic Lodging or camp,
according to the arrangements fixed previously. L,D
2nd. Day.-
Early in the morning we continue hiking for about 4 hours
and we arrive in Hidroelectrica and we continue our hike for
about 2 hours thru some Inca trails and we arrive in Aguas
Calientes, our second overnight, the accommodation is in a
basic lodging or a campsite according to the arrangements
fixed previously. B, L, and D.
3rd. Day.-
At 6.00a.m. Take the bus UP to the Ruins of Machupicchu, we
have about 7 hours there and late in the afternoon, take the
return train to Cusco.
Pricing includes: Transportation by car to Santa Teresa,
Guide, meals while in the hike, entrance ticket to
Machupicchu, bus UP and DOWN to the Ruins. Hotel in Aguas
Calientes. return train ticket to Cusco.
