The Sacred Urubamba river
runs through the Sacred Valley of the Incas, it has very
clear white water, depending on the section being done and
the time of the year. One of our most popular routes during
the season is the Ollantaytambo section of the river almost
at the end of the Sacred Valley of the Incas: That part of
the river was canalized by the Incas for agricultural
purposes. We will also have the opportunity of visiting the
Inca town of Ollantaytambo.
